Once the COVID 19 pandemic is over – let’s hope that it will be soon- much of the way we used to live and work will have changed. Especially when it comes to remote working, companies of all sizes are recognising the benefits of having their employees work from home. I took part in a focus session that showed how companies have experienced the Corona crisis, what measures they took to keep business going, what can be expected from the new work culture, how to introduce it, how and with what tools remote or semi remote teams can be successfully managed, what it means in terms of hardware and office space and whether it will ultimately save money.
