I forgot to add this a while back, did a presentation during the Berlin games week as part of Quo Vadis, the presentation i did was a personal one, as i went in depth on my experience managing design teams in different parts of the world, and how different cultures have their part in influencing management styles, especially those of creative departments such as game design.
