This March I had the joy of speaking at GG Bavaria in Munich — a standout event in Germany’s game development calendar that celebrates both established voices and emerging talent in the industry.
During my session, I presented key ideas from my book “Demystifying Creativity: On Originality in Game Development” to a vibrant audience of developers, students, and creative professionals. We explored how genuine creativity shapes player experiences and why pushing beyond convention is essential for innovation in games.
GG Bavaria brought together a unique blend of community-driven energy and professional insight, all set against the backdrop of Munich’s rich cultural scene. It was an honor to contribute to conversations that challenge the status quo and imagine what’s next for our medium.
