I had the honor of being part of Africa Games Week, joining Rami Ismail to represent The Habibis and speak on Breaking Borders: Unlocking Game Development Success in the Global South.
Although travel logistics kept me from being in Cape Town in person, I delivered my talk to a packed virtual audience and the enthusiasm and energy were palpable even through the screen!
Together we explored the unique challenges faced by game developers across the Global South and shared insights on building sustainable, globally impactful creative ecosystems. It’s always inspiring to connect with such a passionate and dedicated community, breaking barriers and shaping the future of gaming.
